Senator Elton requested that the reconsideration on SENATE                                          
CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 29 be taken up. The resolution                                            
was before the Senate on reconsideration.                                                           
                                                                                                    
The question to be reconsidered: "Shall SENATE CONCURRENT                                           
RESOLUTION NO. 29 Relating to urging the Governor to institute a                                    
hiring freeze on state government, pass the Senate?" The roll was
